Jodie Glean became the director of ΗΡΧΣΦ±²₯'s Anti-Racism and Cultural Diversity Office this year. β€œCompassion allows me to work,” she says. β€œIt’s important to be able to hear everyone in their truths and my role is to be the bridge if there are opposing views.”
